When And Where To Watch Fortnite’s Travis Scott Concert: Full Schedule, Show-Times, And Dates For Astronomical

It’s a big one. Fortnite has had a concert once before, but the Marshmello concert happened at a time when you could, if you wanted to, go to a real concert. Not so this time around: Travis Scott’s Astronomical concert comes with a kind of grim providence, coming during the COVID-19 lockdown affecting huge swaths of humanity. So now we’ve got a chance to rock out in a video game, and I, for one, am definitely going to take it. Luckily, there are a few dates and showtimes for when I can get the chance.

For more details, click here.

Unlike with previous events, Virtual Scott and Epic will be giving us a few different shows so that everyone doesn’t need to cram into the lobby all at once. I still fully expect things to be overloaded on day one, of course, but people in other time zones might choose to wait. Here are all the dates and show-times:

  • Thursday 4/23 - The Americas - 7PM EDT
  • Friday 4/24 - EU & ME - 10AM EDT
  • Saturday 4/25 - Asia & Oceania - 12AM EDT
  • Saturday 4/25 - EU & ME - 11AM EDT
  • Saturday 4/25 - The Americas - 6PM EDT
  • In order to watch, all you need to do is log into Fortnite 30 min or so before the eventâ€"you can cut it closer, but good to be safeâ€"and then wait. About 15 minutes before the show, a game mode should show up for the concert. Click on this and load in.

After that, you’ll get a chance to screw around for a bit until the concert actually starts. The stage will be just north of Sweaty Sands, but you should have no difficulty figuring that out, because the circle will close in on it just before showtime and everyone else in your lobby will get over there as well. Weapons and building will be disabled just before things get rolling.

And that’s it! Enjoy the show. The Marshmello concert was one of the most fascinating digital experiences I’ve ever had, and I don’t exactly expect Epic to tone things down for the second outing. The Metaverse is here ahead of schedule, even if it’s a bit limited right now.
