A Sydney Fortnite gamer who inadvertently reside-streamed himself slapping his pregnant associate may not be sentenced for one more 9 weeks.
Luke James Munday, 27, pleaded guilty to domestic violence-linked ordinary assault after he slapped Grace Campbell across the cheek and pulled her to the floor at their Oran Park domestic in December 2018.
He become due to be sentenced in Picton native court on Monday before Justice of the Peace Mark Douglass was introduced with a huge folder of files and ordered a sentencing evaluation report.
Munday is expected to return to the same court on November 13.
Munday's attorney Steven Mercael on Monday argued his customer should be positioned on a conditional release order with out a conviction recorded for the offence.

The gamer, called MrDeadMoth online, had been broadcasting his Fortnite exercise on streaming platform Twitch when his partner requested him to return to dinner on a Sunday nighttime in December.
When he did not, she went into the workplace area and mentioned she desired him to devour with the family unit, repeated her request a number of times after which threw objects at him.
After asking her to stop, Munday became irritated, stood up, walked off digital camera and slapped the left side of her face.
